About the role

 

In order to strengthen our organization, we are searching for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team. Given our anticipated growth over the next year, we are looking to set up a dedicated support desk organization in order to help all of our customers and partners. As a Technical Support Engineer, you are aiming for customer satisfaction and will not settle for anything less. Below you can find a brief overview of the profile we are looking for. About you

 

  • You are able to handle urgent incoming support calls or emails efficiently
  • You are able to handle incoming change requests
  • You aim to deliver a solution in a short time frame
  • Your register all support issues in our portal and follow up accordingly
  • You create FAQs to increase our internal & external efficiency
  • You are able to work together in small technical teams when working on bigger issues
  • You strive for maximum customer happiness

Qualifications

 

  • You have a Bachelor's in IT or a related field
  • Previous experience as a Technical Support Engineer is a plus 
  • You have strong communication skills in Dutch, English & French
  • Knowledge of the the security, fire safety and building management industry is a plus
