What is an intrusion system integration?

Intrusion detection systems (IDS) are designed to monitor a system in order to detect malicious activities in a room, a building etc.. All the information about the intrusion that is detected by sensors is then directly sent to the integration platform.

There is a multitude of technologies compatible with an intrusion detection system. These compatible technologies consist of passive and active infrared sensors, vibration sensors, glass break sensors, radar, microwave sensors, ultrasonic sensors, magnetic contacts, ground detection sensors, fence detection, laser sensors, etc. All these technologies are directly connected to an interface. Sky-Walker will alert the operators each time an intrusion/burglary event is received. There are multiple ways to notify the operators, from sound effects to flashes, images and so on. Also, security operators will be able to visually see the zone in which the alarm had gone off. Even if they have little knowledge of the location, they will be guided exactly to the event location.
