About the role

 

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Administrative Assistant to help organize, plan, and support our CEO, CFO, and other managers at Entelec. The main goal for you as an Administrative Assistant is to make sure internal and external communication runs smoothly within the company, but also with current and future clients. Furthermore, having a basic understanding of how finance works within a company is a plus. You should be a problem solver at heart and be motivated to learn new skills. It’s our ambition to grow our team within the next few years and you will play a key role in that expansion.

  • You are an excellent communicator in Dutch, French, and English
  • You can correctly handle and maintain invoices
  • You are an expert planner
  • You are ambitious and able to work independently without much guidance
  • You are extremely organized with day-to-day tasks
  • You are passionate about all the aspects of administration

Qualifications

 

  • You have a Bachelor’s in Business Administration or a related field
  • Prior experience in an Administrative Assistant role is a plus but not a must
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Speaking fluently in Dutch, French, and English is a must

Responsibilities

  • Rearrange schedules to accommodate last-minute changes
  • Responsible for handling internal and external phone calls
  • Arrange and facilitate meetings, ensuring all parties can attend
  • Actively organize management’s scheduling needs
  • Booking internal and external invoices correctly
  • Help stimulate our internal communication within the company
  • Help to organize events and webinars when necessary
  • Chasing customers who are due for payment
  • Receiving customers when they are waiting in the lobby
