De eerste driemaandelijkse internationale SALES x MARKETING-vergadering vond vorige week plaats.

Een hele dag met alle verkoop- en marketingmensen uit de verschillende landen. Klinkt vermoeiend! Gelukkig was dat niet zo.

Het doel van de dag was om een hele dag te brainstormen over verschillende marktpenetratiemethoden, succesverhalen, mislukkingen en nieuwe marketingmaterialen. Waar in het verleden de verkoopteams van verschillende landen vaak naast elkaar werkten, in plaats van met elkaar, wil Entelec zich richten op een uniforme verkoopaanpak in alle landen.

Met deze methode kunnen de succesverhalen en inzichten van het ene land ook in andere landen worden gebruikt. Voor de marketeers kan al deze informatie helpen bij het bedenken en leveren van beter passend marketingmateriaal voor verkoopdoeleinden.

We kijken nu al uit naar de volgende. En hopelijk wordt de volgende ook gevolgd door een mooie BBQ van onze eigen CEO Miet Loix en CFO Dirk Raets!
