Bonne nouvelle! Nous avons à nouveau reçu notre certificat ISO 9001: 2015. Pourquoi est-ce si important que vous demandez? Eh bien, dans le billet de blog ci-dessous, vous trouverez les 3 avantages les plus importants d'être une entreprise certifiée ISO.

Avant de commencer, il est important d'expliquer ce qu'est exactement une certification ISO. Le certificat ISO est un document qui stipule que l'entreprise qui a reçu la certification a un système de gestion, une approche projet, etc., dont la qualité a été assurée. Le certificat ISO est remis chaque année, après un audit complet de l'entreprise. L'Organisation internationale de normalisation (ISO) est une organisation non gouvernementale indépendante.

1. Standardiser les processus dans notre entreprise

Chaque année, l'audit ISO vérifie si les processus d'Entelec se déroulent correctement. Tous nos employés sont informés de notre façon de travailler, des outils que nous utilisons et de la façon dont nous réalisons nos processus d'administration, de vente et de projet. L'audit annuel garantit que nous continuons d'améliorer et de surveiller ces processus. De cette façon, nous sommes en mesure de fournir nos services à nos clients de la meilleure façon possible.

2. L'audit ISO vérifie chaque partie de l'organisation

Non seulement nos processus de projet sont audités chaque année. Dans l'audit ISO, chaque partie d'Entelec fait l'objet d'un contrôle complet par l'auditeur ISO externe. Cela signifie que des unités telles que le marketing, l'informatique interne et le développement sont également auditées. Cela nous permet d'avoir de meilleurs processus et systèmes en place qui sont utilisés par toutes les unités de l'entreprise. En bref, cela rend notre moteur plus fluide.

3. Le certificat ISO est un témoignage de la manière dont nous travaillons avec notre client

Investir dans un nouveau produit ou service, souvent dans une entreprise avec laquelle vous n'avez pas travaillé avec le passé, peut être un peu intimidant. Le certificat ISO est un témoignage de confiance, avant même de travailler avec nous.
