Expoprotection 2022 - The Incident Manager's first light

October 17, 2022

It starts with an anniversary celebration

Entelec’s 30th anniversary brings a new way of looking at future goals. Thirty years of experience in the global PSIM market brought with it high-level control room software and partnerships we can be proud of, it made us an expert in our field. On the other hand, it creates expectations we must meet. And sure we will. Our new software add-on the Incident Manager Web App will change physical safety security as you know it.

From the 15th until the 17th of November, our newly designed Sky-Walker 3 software feature the Incident Manager will see its first light at the Expoprotection 2022 exhibition in Paris, France. If you cannot make it to Paris, this is the place to get a full introduction to what value this add-on will bring to your control room.

Let’s start with an introduction

Entelec knows like no other company the needs in this branch. One of our fields of expertise, providing comfort, goes much further than the words suggest. It is not just about creating a comfortable environment for control room operators and other safety personnel. It is about creating a workflow that is clear and carried out easily. By providing one interface for all subsystems, our open integration software Sky-Walker 3 provides a comfortable working flow that enables response times quicker than ever. This leads to a shortening of the evacuation time, which is why our customers require this software in the first place. A stressful situation is eliminated.

Our new feature the Incident Manager Web App will provide an automated, custom-made workflow that enables a very accessible and efficient overview of the situation once an incident occurs. Screens will automatically show live camera images of the incident location, information about the incident can be provided in a step-by-step module… even a direct connection to the quickest available emergency services can be integrated so that the situational awareness of the control room operators is brought to the highest level possible. By adding this feature to our open integration software, the market of physical safety gets an upgrade that is unique in the branch of safety and security.

Your result in a nutshell

Your business’ security is optimized and grows to a degree unknown in this sector. In case of an incident, a quick and efficient switch to the evacuation procedure is possible in a comfortable and comprehensive workflow. Sky-Walker 3’s the Incident Manager feature draws attention to the incident location and sharpens situational awareness. Further on, it provides an automated workflow that enhances efficiency. Your control room operators can interfere without losing a second. Even after an incident, you and every attendant will go home calmly and above all, safe!
