Customer and Prospect Days 2023

Safety and security – an awful load of work to do when you are responsible for these aspects. The most important tasks these days are probably the hardest ones; centralisation of safety and security management, hiring qualified staff members while decreasing the total number of staff members, reducing costs by automating workflows, and creating an efficient and effective workflow that takes the management of safety and security to a whole new level.

In other words, there is much to do and you as a control room manager knows best that it is all complicated. We at Entelec, on the other hand, know best how to do that. It is easier than you think. And yes, of course it involves only one software platform: Sky-Walker.

But what does Sky-Walker do and how can you be sure it includes the solution you are looking for?

At Entelec, we know that when it comes to safety and security, there are sectoral differences. In a retail organisation, the incidents that occur and the alarms that need managing are mostly different than those occurring in a hospital or a financial organisation, such as a bank. Although there are similarities in general safety and security management, such as CCTV and Access Control, each sector will have its specific needs regarding safety and security control.

That is why we have launched our ‘Customer and Prospect Days 2023’. Each month, we will organise a ‘Customer and Prospect Day’ with emphasis on a specific vertical, starting with Retail as our central theme in the first events in April. On these events, we will present Sky-Walker with incidents and alarms known to occur most in the specific sector. This way our prospects will be informed better.

Since we know that due to the technical aspects of our PSIM software product, it is sometimes hard to see the full picture. We sometimes hear from our leads that the story of the demo is not comprehensive enough or that they could not grasp the whole of it. We believe that by providing targeted content these issues will be no longer.

Next to the fact that on such an event content and stories can be tailored, it also includes the presence of some of our customers. From whom else than someone that once was in your shoes can you hear an unbiased story about the solution to your needs? 

Organising these customer days is not the only thing we will do to ensure our prospects are fed with the best possible content to see the solution for their company. This idea arose from our vertical-related approach we initiated at the start of this year. Since our focus will be on specific sectors in 2023, we will provide sector-related content throughout the year in multiple forms and via multiple media channels.
