Great news! We have again received our ISO 9001 : 2015 certificate. Why is this so important you ask? Well, in the blog post below, you'll find the 3 most important advantages of being a ISO certified company.
Before we start, it's important to explain what exactly an ISO certification is. The ISO certificate is a document that is states that the company that has received the certification has a management system, a project approach and so on, that has been assured in it's quality. The ISO certificate is given out yearly, after a complete audit of the company. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO), is a independent, non-governmental organization.
1. Standardizes processes in our company
Each year, the ISO audit checks if the processes at Entelec are running smoothly. All our employees are up-to-date in the way we work, which tools we use, and how we complete our administration, sales and project processes. The yearly audit makes sure that we keep on improving and monitoring these processes. This way, we are able to provide our services to our customers in the best way possible.
2. The ISO audit checks every part of the organization
Not only our project processes are being audited every year. In the ISO audit every part of Entelec is given a complete check by the external ISO auditor. This means that units like marketing, internal IT and development get audited as well. This enables us to have a better processes and systems in place that are being used by all the units in the company. In short, it makes our engine run more smoothly.
3. The ISO certificate is a testimony of the way we work with our customers
Investing in a new product or service, often from a company that you have not worked together with in the past, can be a bit daunting. The ISO certificate is a testimony of trust, before even working with us.
