We're launching the Care Operations Center in partnership with Televic Healthcare.

April 11, 2019

Healthcare and Entelec Control Systems are sealing a global partnership by launching the "Care Operations Center". This software is an important add-on in the flexible interAxio platform and will give the end user a completely new visual way of working with the Televic systems.

In one glance users will get an intuitive overview of all the critical systems needed at the nursing stations and facility managers office.

Functionalities
  • Real-time view of al the triggered alarms on an floor plan of the active workplace.
  • Analog visualisation of the calling system using the VDE color standardization of room prisms.
  • Visualisation of the status of every technical contact attached to the interAxio system. For example: every door monitoring contact.
  • Directing instantly from the desktop every technical contact on the interAxio System.
Why is the Care Operations Center software a must?
  • Real time visual overview of complex buildings and departments.
  • Simultaneous visualisation of different elements within one room. For instance: alarms in combination with open doors.
  • Thanks to the dropdown menu the user can simply pick an action to perform, adjusted on the type of alarm or workflow.
  • Unseen modularity and flexibility by event driven actions.
By working with Entelec Control Systems, Televic Healthcare is expanding their solutions regarding nurse calls to a scalable building management software.

And we can go further!

Thanks to this unique collaboration of two of the most innovative software companies, this new platform can be expanded to a complete visual plan where the user is able to control all systems and technologies of the building, monitoring every aspect of safety, security and comfort. And this over multiple locations.
