  • How do I become a Sky-Walker Integrator Partner?

    Register through the Sky-Walker Partner Portal at portal.entelec.eu. Once registered, select your preferred membership tier and complete the onboarding steps to access your training and demo environment.

  • How do I get Tier certified as an integrator?

    Request your certification training through the portal. Tiers must be completed in sequence — Tier 1, then Tier 2, then Tier 3. Each tier requires passing an online skills test. On success, you'll receive your certificate and can begin creating live projects.

  • What is the pricing model for Sky-Walker 4?

    Sky-Walker 4 uses a yearly subscription model. This lowers upfront investment and includes all annual software upgrades as part of the subscription.

  • What happens if a licence key expires?

    The software will stop working if the yearly licence key is not renewed. You will receive expiry notifications in advance through the portal to ensure continuity for your end-customers.

  • What level of technical experience do I need?

    No programming experience is required. Basic IT knowledge is sufficient to get started. The training programme and portal guide you through the rest.

  • How many Sky-Walker releases can I expect per year?

    Entelec aims for 3 major software releases per year, all included as part of your active subscription.

  • What is an interface?

    An interface is a software driver module that creates a connection between Sky-Walker and an external subsystem — such as an access control panel, CCTV system, or fire detection panel.

  • What is the level of experience I need to create a project?

    No programming experience is required. Basic IT knowledge is sufficient.

  • What is a Sky-Walker Star?

    A Sky-Walker star is a credit that is required to place Sky-Walker Objects. Depending on the type of Object, a different number of stars is required.

  • How do I know the number of Stars required?

    When placing an order, the portal has a built-in Star calculator.

  • What is an interface?

    An interface is a software driver module that makes a connection to an external subsystem.

  • What is meant by "No separate server required"?

    The entire application can run on a standalone machine and doesn't need a separate machine to run the server software.

  • Why yearly subscriptions?

    This lowers the upfront investment costs and the yearly software upgrades are part of that subscription.

  • What happens if my yearly license key expires?

    The software will stop working if the yearly license key is not renewed.
