Are you a natural leader who loves bringing ideas to life? As a Project Manager, you’ll take charge of planning and overseeing projects from the ground up, ensuring that everything runs like a well-oiled machine! From brainstorming to successful delivery, you’ll be the one coordinating teams, resources, and processes to make sure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You’ll collaborate with multiple teams, manage risks, and optimize resources to achieve results that align with our business goals. Your mission? • Stakeholder communication: Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and facilitate smooth collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Monitor progress: Track milestones, resolve issues, adjust plans as needed, and ensure quality requirements are always met.
• Lead & motivate teams: Guide teams to success, set an example in quality and security, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts.
• Documentation excellence: Produce clear, high-quality project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuous improvement: Conduct post-project reviews, collect feedback, and refine processes for future projects.
• Manage budget, time & scope: Handle change requests, ensure project scope remains aligned with budget and timeline, and maintain financial health.
• Seamless handover: Manage smooth transitions between sales, operations, and clients at every stage of the project.
• Learning & development: Stay updated on the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in software implementation and security.
• Frequent reporting: Provide regular reports to the Operations Manager, ensuring transparency and clarity at every stage
• Quality & security: Ensure adherence to quality standards, cybersecurity policies, and integrate security measures into every project
• You have min. 5 years of relevant working experience in project management in the IT sector. Experience in the software and/or security and safety industry is considered a big plus.
• You have an excellent written and spoken command in Dutch and English and a good level of French.
• You are tech-savvy: You have a strong IT and network knowledge, with experience in software integration, APIs, and a basic understanding of security principles.
• You are a pro in risk management and translating technical details into clear, business-friendly language.
• You are quality and detail oriented: You are skilled at creating and clear and accurate documentation
• You have strong project management skills and are an expert in time and priority management.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to build efficient stakeholder relations.
• You have an hands-on, pragmatic approach with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Your leadership skills allow you motivate teams, manage stakeholders and deliver results.
• You are analytical and solution-oriented. You have excellent problem-solving skills.
• You are adaptable, user-centric and flexible in adapting to changes.
