In order to further expand our business, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our Operations team in Belgium (Diepenbeek) or The Netherlands (Capelle aan den Ijssel).

As a Project Manager, you’ll take charge of planning and overseeing projects from the ground up, ensuring that everything runs like a well-oiled machine! From brainstorming to successful delivery, you’ll be the one coordinating teams, resources, and processes to make sure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 

You’ll collaborate with multiple teams, manage risks, and optimize resources to achieve results that align with our business goals. 

Your mission? To drive efficiency, keep everyone on track, and ensure our projects deliver value to both the business and our stakeholders. 

By maximizing productivity, minimizing risks, and ensuring smooth communication, you’ll play a key role in making every project a success!

About you

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/Engineering/Computer science/equivalent degree or you have equivalent working experience. 
• You have min. 5 years of relevant working experience in project management in the IT sector. Experience in the software and/or security and safety industry is considered a big plus. 
• You have an excellent written and spoken command in Dutch and English and a good level of French (required in Belgium, not required for Netherlands). 
• You are tech-savvy: You have a strong IT and network knowledge, with experience in software integration, APIs, and a basic understanding of security principles. 
• You are a pro in risk management and translating technical details into clear, business-friendly language. 
• You are quality and detail oriented: You are skilled at creating and clear and accurate documentation  
• You have strong project management skills and are an expert in time and priority management. 
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to build efficient stakeholder relations. 
• You have an hands-on, pragmatic approach with the ability to work independently and take initiative. 
• Your leadership skills allow you motivate teams, manage stakeholders and deliver results. 
• You are analytical and solution-oriented. You have excellent problem-solving skills. 
• You are adaptable, user-centric and flexible in adapting to changes.
