The Position

In order to further expand our business, we are looking for a System Engineer for our Belgian office in Diepenbeek, Belgium.


As a Business Developer, you won’t just sell solutions — you’ll open doors to new opportunities. 


You’ll build strong relationships across the Dutch market, turning conversations into partnerships and ideas into tangible business growth.  


Your role is key in expanding our presence among end customers, distributors, and integrators, especially in multi-site environments. 


By combining strategic thinking with a hands-on commercial mindset, you’ll help shape new opportunities today while paving the way for future international growth.

About you

  • Dutch-speaking, with good spoken English
  • At least a higher education diploma, or you have first relevant experience in business development, preferably in software applications
  • Experience (preferably) or at least an affinity with the IT, software and technology sector
  • Familiar with modern B2B sales strategies and able to apply them efficiently
  • A true commercial go-getter, with intrinsic motivation striving to achieve sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to easily build and maintain a network
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • A good dose of persistence and resilience
  • Both a team player and able to work autonomously
Your tasks and Responsibilities
  • Proactively establish new B2B relationships with end customers, distributors and integrators (mainly multi-site customers) in the Netherlands with a view to creating new business, with possible expansion to international projects in the future
  • Develop strategies for further market exploration
  • Manage and expand your existing client base
  • Act as a point of contact for both customers and employees, for which you develop creative customized solutions with the help of virtual teams
  • You report meticulously in the CRM system and consult regularly with the sales manager and your team members
  • This is a hybrid position. You work mainly in the field. The remaining time you work from the Diepenbeek office
