About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Architect to help scale our B2B enterprise software product. The ideal candidate can build scalable B2B applications by applying a maintainable software architecture. You will be working mainly on the core architecture of our application. Thereby, it’s essential that you are conceptually minded and are an excellent out-of-the-box thinker. High-level problem solving is in your nature. Furthermore, you can easily look at the bigger picture and are able to think in perspective. 

About you

• You have extensive knowledge of C# using Microsoft Visual Studio or any other IDE
• You are able to create, maintain and optimize Enterprise Software Architectures
• You are able to apply software design patterns for optimal code quality
• You are familiar with good software design principles
• You are up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments
• You are an expert in writing scalable B2B applications
• You get excited by difficult coding challenges and complex algorithms
• You write quality code that is easy to maintain
• You have experience in debugging systems with high data loads
• You are familiar with automated testing principles
• You get extremely excited about well-written and organized code
• You are passionate about all the aspects of programming
• You have high-level knowledge about object-oriented software design
• You have experience with scrum & agile development methodologies
• You always write the necessary tests before pushing production-ready code 
  

Qualifications

• You have a Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field
• 4+ years of experience as a Software Architect within a B2B Company
• You have proven Software Development experience for enterprise applications
• You can coach and mentor Junior Software Developers
• You are able to review and optimize other team members' code 
  

Technical Skills

• Expert .NET Framework knowledge
• ASP.NET knowledge is a plus
• C# is your native programming language
• Knowledge about JavaScript, Angular, and JQuery is a plus
• iOS/Android development knowledge is a plus
• SQL knowledge is required
• WCF (.NET client/server communication)
• WPF (.NET user interfaces)
• Version Control with Azure DevOps
